- Professional experience of over 40+ years.
- As an expert in the said field he also presented papers and spoke at the World Bank’s Headquarter in Washington DC, USA in the years 2018 and 2019.
- Topics of these presentations were Eminent Domain – “Factual Issues with Land Acquisition and Proposed Remedies for Sustainable Development in India” and “Need of Legal and Social Compliance for Land Based Investments in India” respectively.
- Presented a detailed report to the “Niti Aayog” on the proposed Land Leasing and Contract Farming Laws.
- Spoken at various national and international conferences on various topics.

- Ashish is a Technology Lawyer with 16 years of experience.
- He worked as a Software Engineer, Business Analyst and Delivery Manager.
- His domain expertise is a product of working in the Banking and Financial Services Industry for leading global banks such as Barclays, Nomura and Credit Suisse.
- He has international work experience and has closely worked with stakeholders from the UK, US, Japan and Singapore.
He is the founder of Nyaya Niti, an interdisciplinary corporate law firm, the firm provides cutting edge legal policy, consultancy and litigation support to its clients.
He also spoke at the National Law School, Bangalore, India on the subject of
“Emerging Trends of International Arbitration in Resolution of Technology Disputes.” He also presented a paper on “Indic/Vedic Jurisprudence, a source of equitable justice system for the interconnected world” during World Hindu Congress held at Chicago in Sept 2018.

Right from his student age, Mr Kulkarni always had an independent streak. He chose a profession in the field of Telecom and Wireless products and also Networking products in Banking sectors.
He has an experience of about 25 years in the field of marketing in Maharashtra and also throughout India. After his Diploma in Patent Law, he enrolled his name in the year 2006 in the “Bar Association of Maharashtra and Goa” and started independent practice as an Advocate in Shivajinagar Court, Pune, in the field of Intellectual Property Law.
Presently, he is handling some litigations in Trademarks, Copyrights, and passing off.
- He is a registered trademark attorney enrolled in the Trademark registry.
- He also undertakes the complete registration process for Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Industrial Designs.
- He has a good client base of Industries, Educational Institutes, and Publishers.

- He was a visiting Faculty member in the Modern Law College, Pune ( Evening), and also responsible for coordinating different Diplomas in IPR during 2006 -07.
