Ashish is a Technology Lawyer with 16 years of experience. He worked as a

Software Engineer, Business Analyst and Delivery Manager for Banking and

Financial Services Industry for leading global banks such as Barclays, Nomura

and Credit Suisse. After the corporate stint, he joined the legal profession and

that he inherits from four generations. He has international work experience

and has closely worked with stakeholders from the UK, US, Japan and

Singapore. He is the founder of Nyaya Niti, an inter-disciplinary corporate

law firm, the firm provides cutting edge legal policy, consultancy and

litigation support to its clients.

He has presented several papers at national and international conferences,

notable among these are 2017 and 2018 presentations in the World Bank’s

Land and Poverty Conferences, held at Washington DC on the topics of Land

Rights and Eminent Domain. He also spoke at the National Law School,

Bangalore, India on the subject of "Emerging Trends of International

Arbitration in Resolution of Technology Disputes." He also presented a paper

on “Indic/Vedic Jurisprudence, a source of equitable justice system for the

interconnected world” during World Hindu Congress held at Chicago in Sept

2018.

Ashish is also Registered Patent Agent and Trademark Attorney in India. He

is a member of SVAMC. Likewise, he is also an accredited mediator on the

panels of IIAM (Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation) and member of

CMA (Centre for Mediation and Arbitration).
