After completing my graduation I started my independent profession in the field of

Telecom and Wireless products and also Networking products in Banking sectors.

 I have a wide experience of about 25 years in the field of marketing in Maharashtra and

also throughout India.After my Diploma in Patent Law, I enrolled my name in the year 2006 in “Bar Asso. of

Maharashtra and Goa” and started independent practice as an Advocate in shivajinagar

Court, Pune, in the field of Intellectual Property Law.

 Presently I am handling some litigations in Trade Marks, Copyrights and that of passing

off. I am a registered Trade Marks Attorney enrolled in Trade Mark registry. I also undergo

complete registration process of Trade Marks, Copyrights, Patents and Industrial

Designs. I have a good client base of Industries, Educational Institutes and Publishers.

Additionally I am a consultant to Mahratta Chamber of commerce and Industries

(MCCIA) Pune for it’s IPR Management.

LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS

• I was a visiting Faculty in Modern Law College, Pune ( Evening) and also I was also

responsible in co – ordinating different Diplomas in IPR’S during 2006 -07.

• I am also a ‘Advisor (Resource Person) for one NGO “Shram Seva Nyas” for ‘ WTO(Study and Research) and through it, I attended 7 th WTO (Ministerial

Conference) held at ‘GENEVA’ during 29Nov.-3Dec.09.

• I regularly write some articles in News Papers and also Magazines like “ Sampada

(MCCIA), Daily Sakal, Sanhita ( ICS). I have written one book on the subject “ Primer on

Intellectual Property Rights” which is published by “ Think line” of Nasik.
